Entry for the Halloween contest!
Cultural background: Jack-o-lanturns started in Ireland and were originally turnips. the name jack somes from a legend of a man who tracked the devil and could not get into heaven or hell so he wandered with a burning coal to light his way. the Turnips, or ocasionally other veggies, were carved to keep evil spirits like jack away.
Note that I will be carving a different jack-o-lantern on halloween. this is purely for the contest.
